Admissions during-rehab

The process is simple and kept under wraps

On your first admission day for treatment in our facility, you will immediately feel the warmth and friendliness of our staff. Although admissions must be booked in advance, in most events we can assist with a new admission within a day of placing the booking.

Referrals made by the client themselves, their family, colleagues, and medical physicians are welcomed. We'll make sure that our employees are ready to welcome you as soon as the booking has been confirmed.

You will get to know our medical staff once you get to our centre and you will be shown around so you can get to know everything about it. Upon arrival we will also give you a welcome pack which has a timetable for your therapy session and also explains everything that you need to be conversant with during your stay at our facility, the Sanctuary Lodge. Please contact us if you unable to travel to our clinic by yourself.

First 24 Hours Upon Admission

Our specialist psychiatrist who is skilled in detox will provide a consultation to you during the first 24 hours upon admission.

A complete evaluation will be performed here about your psychological and medical treatment requirements. A complete detox program will be authorized if needed. This detoxification will then be directed and supervised under rigid official procedures by our healthcare experts.

Please remember that you are supposed to bring any medications that you may have been taking, as well as giving us details of your doctor's surgery.

The psychiatrist is tasked with reviewing your treatment and pointing out any areas that would need special attention from a specialist expert. We will make sure that any suggestion or recommendation is factored into your treatment plan because it is of utmost importance to us that your treatment needs are fully met during your stay at the facility. In order to ensure that you are always receiving the best in healthcare at all times, our clinical director, counsellors and medical professionals will periodically and continually review your treatment plan.

Our friendly staff will then help you settle in once your assessment has been completed. We fully recognize that this is a very stressful and fearful time for most, but our staff is on hand to offer advice and reassurance at all times.
